There are 2 reasons that people will go back to the same company time after time. It is because of:

  • Products are cost effective
  • Customer service that is great

Great customer service is what we learned from our parents as they always went to the same places to shop or have their car worked on because of great customer service.

Customer support

This is the way that customers or clients of MLtek feel. It would be nice to never have a computer crash or new software stop working. But if you are working with a company that has great customer service; it takes a lot of the anger away. MLtek have products that are good and are built around a goal that is unique. But, if any of their products give you a problem they have a great customer service department.

Service department

This company’s service department is great and usually the phone will never ring more than twice. When you have some problem with their product you will be treated as if you are their only customer and there is a sense of urgency in helping you. They even go over the ways to contact them and which one will get you the fastest response. You can reach them by phone or e-mail and if you do have to leave the staff a message someone will get back to you within 24 hours – actually it is usually only a manner of minutes. Their customer support department acts as if you are their largest customer.

File management

This is the company that has on the market the  best archiving software–Archive Manager. They are working on a new product named IP Spider which is a mass network monitoring program. When this program goes on the market it will be unique in the world of network route monitoring. Rather than focus on endpoints, this program is designed to monitor the entire network routes between them and the software. It will then tell you when connectivity is lost and will be able to diagnose exactly where that problem is. Check it out here  for more information on Archive Manager.

Process Controller

Process Controller is another software product that will let you take over control of the process running on your system. It will enable you to use the processing priority engine that is already built into Windows in order to control how the processor time is distributed between all the processes that are running. This program will help you automatically prioritize all the running processes, making systems more responsive to end users. This program is a must have tool in Citrix and Terminal Servers.
