You will realize it when you cut off your social media handles for a day. Tune in to news channels for better updates about what is going on across the globe. Social Media gives information in pieces while you can get a complete insight into television news.

Are you feeling like talking to someone you love or like? Go out and meet them instead of texting and video calls. It would give you better fun when the handshakes are not virtual but real. Bring back that old fun and go on a tour or a lunch celebration without the biggest distraction, smartphones.

Spend more time with your friends or family without peeping into the blinking notifications on your phone. Do not order your food, but instead go to a restaurant and enjoy the meal. Do you want groceries for your home? Go out and get them.

Smartphones are necessary for life to make it a bit easy while handling all the work in a day. But it is not the addiction that we must adapt but the beneficial perks of it. We need to connect more with the real world than the virtual. Therefore, start with this challenge for a day and make it a habit to do the same at least once in a week on your off days.
